Funding of MDUSD 2010/2011 High School Sports
Every Player Must Participate in Contribute to Play!

Football (Frosh/JV/Varsity):
$300 per player: Contribute to Play (tax deductible)

Transportation Fee: $100 per player

Fees paid directly to CHS Treasurer: Mr. Ramon Hoekwater

All families must make the Contribution to Play and Transportation Fees to fund High School Athletics. Concord High School fell considerably short in collections for the 2009/2010 season. We must act now to demonstrate to the District that we want to keep sports in our school this year and in the future.

If your student is part of the Free and Reduced Lunch Program, the fees are waived, but the only way to get credit for CHS for your Contribute to Play dollars is to provide this information to the CHS Treasurer, Mr. Ramon Hoekwater. This information will be kept confidential between your family and the Treasurer. The coaches, players and other team families do not have access to this information, so please see Mr. Hoekwater and let him know of your Free and Reduced Lunch status.

If your family is unable to meet the financial obligations for the Contribute to Play Fee, please notify Brian Hamilton immediately so that fundraising may be set up to cover your Contribute to Play Fees.

The Transportation Fee is separate from the Contribution to Play Fee and is a mandatory fee required by the District, it is in addition to the Contribution to Play fee.

All families max out at $600 per year, per family, so if you have multiple students involved in sports or a student involved in multiple sports, the most your family will have to pay is $600 per year. This does not include the mandatory Transportation Fees.
