BRIAN HAMILTON

Coaching History:

Coach Hamilton has led the Minutemen for the past 6 seasons. He has carefully overseen the resurrection of the Concord High School football program. Last year the Minutemen captured their first league title in 30 years and eventually ended the season with an 8-3 overall record. While thriving athletically the Minutemen have also attacked the classroom consistently raising the team overall GPA each year since 2004.

During Coach Hamilton's tenure at CVHS, the Eagles shattered all previous strength records. Coach Hamilton also worked with many young men who have gone on to successful college careers. In 2003 the Eagles averaged over 28 points per game, eventually losing to Las Lomas in triple over-time in the NCS final.

2001 Varsity Linebackers/Defensive Coordinator

Coach Hamilton was the first Defensive coordinator in the history of the small rural high school. During Southern Spring's first year of football the Varsity team won 3 games.

During Coach Hamilton's playing career he earned many accolades, he has been honored by teammates, institutions, various leagues and conferences, and numerous local and national publications. Coach Hamilton played offensive line for most of his career starting at all 5 positions at one time or another.
